 The Reflector News is the student-run newspaper of Jackson High School. It is produced as an open forum to reflect the ideas, cares, and opinions of the student body. It also exists to inform, enlighten, and entertain the students, faculty, administration, and community. The Reflector News also takes pride in that it holds its journalistic view responsibility to trust, accuracy , and professionalism. As an entirely student-run newspaper, prior review by anyone outside the student staff is prohibited. Due to this, it is left to the Reflector News staff to make all final decisions of content by following professional standards and using responsible approaches. 

       Any party with  desire to publish their voice on any topic in the newspaper may submit a signed "Letter to the Editor" to Mr. Hunt in room 129. All opinions published in the newspaper belong to the author only and do not reflect the views of the entire staff. Letters to the Editor will be subject to approval by the staff.

       The Reflector News primarily funded by advertising. All advertisements will be accepted unless deemed unfit for high school publication.
